Stand alone RMR quick test /measurement ($99) Use this option if you already have a nutrition plan in place and simply want to receive an accurate measure of your RMR results to help you monitor and possible adjust your own nutrition/exercise plan.
RMR test and nutrition profile ($159) Includes a comprehensive RMR test and review with a nutrition professional to incorporate your unique measurement in to a comprehensive nutrition profile and care plan.
