Jack LaLane Juicer needs better parts support

I LOVED Jack's Power Juicer juicer!!!! But one of the parts (white plastic part on top of motor) is flimsy and did not hold up.

I take VERY good care of my things especially this one and when it broke into 12 pieces I emailed and called and they want me to buy a new MOTOR????

It's a silly waste on this beautiful planet to have to buy the whole bottom piece and I have refused because I don't want to litter the planet with juicer motors....

Jack's Power Juicer should work great for aprox 2 1/2 years then???????
