Hi David,

Maybe you could put together a short video of stroke survivors and their stories like the David Dearth one and post it on youtube. When you get heaps of traffic you can forward it to the show's producers and if it has something like 30000 or 100000 views on youtube it would definitely get their attention.

The other thing is that the show is planned months in advance so once your story gets accepted it might take a while for you to actually do the show
